I'm here at the California League of Middle Schools technology conference, and I have to say that I now truly have an understanding of just how much I don't know. That's the down side. The good thing is that I also have some new knowledge that will definitely help make my classroom a more exciting place. For example, I went to a Google Earth presentation and now know that I can have my students create a map of a journey a character took in a novel (and how to make my face float above the earth's image). The Watsons Go to Birmingham could work for that project.
